Shipping Info: All domestic orders ship within 2 to 3 days via USPS. Customers will receive a tracking number when their order is shipped. Railing is a DIY operation, therefore delays may occur, your patience and support is greatly appreciated.

Customers outside the USA are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government in addition to the shipping fees we must charge. Railing makes a good faith effort to charge shipping appropriately, however, can not predict which shipments will be assessed these fees, the amount that may be charged, or how long the package will be detained in customs: this is determined by the recipient’s country.
Return Policy: Railing is unable to accept returns or provide refunds. Exchanges may be available for items damaged during shipping when stock allows.
